Rude staff .. they just want to keep upselling the drinks. The model is - but a package of unlimited drinks but need to finish in 1 hour. Usually u won't be able to.. and even if few mins pass the hour .. they will force u to pay or leave ..... Very tiny place on first floor.. not worth the money .. just go take pictures and leave

I was there about 2 months ago after dinner with my SO, stayed there for 3-4 hours. Contrary to your experience, I found the wait staff/bartenders there extremely friendly.
Drinks were prepared fast and they would come over to chitchat whenever they are free. It’s my first time there so it wasn’t that I knew them from before.
Ambience is slightly edgy (for a pub in Singapore) with bdsm sex toys being the main decor.
We did some light PDA after getting drunk (nothing beyond what happens at marquee after midnight) and there was another couple several stools down that was a little touchy feely but yea otherwise nothing out of the ordinary.
All in all, a good place to bring your partner after dinner to have a few drinks in a slightly edgy atmosphere. Otherwise it’s a normal pub with drinks costing on the higher side
Drinks are on a free flow system charged by the hour per pax so it can get expensive if one stays longer or drink slowly
