Hey, who is well acquainted with Jakarta; I spent some time there where Tamrin city is. I found the city fun but the walkability is absolutely horrendous except 5 minute walking circle around the Grand Indonesia mall. Are there other locations in the city which actually are walkable where I could have an apartment or condo? And are reasonably well connected so I can take a train to Bandung or parks or something around the place.

I'm kind of running out of ideas as I visited most of the hyped places around se asia.
