Looking up a decent lawyer is the most important step for that, I guess, but before doing that he can check the thousands of posts, for example on Reddit, why other foreigners failed (and lost everything). I would rather put this money into ETF (70 % World/30 % EM) and add more with a monthly rate.

wowcoolCommunityedited American citizen can own business 100% with treaty of amity. Outside of this I don't think any other nationality can exclusively own 100% except Thai. But ultimately it likely makes no difference - Thai partners/"owners" who don't share in the business costs or profits are really common

m2******Member @BBearCP the general entry allows you to enjoy a range of hot and cool onsen pools, in addition to normal sauna rooms, and a few different relaxation rooms of different themes if you would like to relax and just lie down to take a nap. There is also an public space with sofas for customers to sit back and relax while watching tv
