Warning for users here. The user @bk***** is almost certainly a fake. Pretending to be a couple, making plans to meet up and then just disappear. We were chatting a few days ago then they messaged me today to link up. We agreed on me renting a hotel room and splitting the cost later. I got the room and they said they're on the way there for 9:30pm. At that time they then messaged that they're running late and it'll be 10pm instead. At 10pm I request the ETA then silence. I've been in the lifestyle for years and I've seen this behavior before so I should only blame myself for not being more strict about verifying people are serious. I guess I got careless because I had a good encounter through here a few days ago. Now that I search the username in this chat I see that someone else warned about them before so I fucked up by not searching beforehand. Anyway do yourselves a favor and avoid the username @bk***** And moderators you should ban this account because now I'm the 2nd Warning in this chat for them.
If I could make a suggestion to the moderators. Have every new member do some sort of simple verification. I've been on a lifestyle forum that had people put up a 5 second video holding a paper with their username and the site name to show they're legit. Face doesn't need to be included just full body. They can post verification in a channel specifically for that or directly to the moderators for approval.
At the very least have a verified member category so if someone doesn't want to then they don't have to but we'll know for sure that verified accounts are the real deal. This could open the possibility of a channel where only the verified are allowed so everyone knows it's all real people

It would be a good practice to ask for a quick video call before meeting, anyone who is serious and dedicated to meet should accept it. If someone refuses you can assume something fishy is going on.
