When you go inside and sit, you must take a drink. Coca Cola can be 130-190 baht, small beer 160-250 baht, maybe cocktails can be a bit more. You can have your drink and sit and watch the ladies. If you call a lady to sit next to you for few minutes (10-15 mins usually) you need to pay a lady drink which has a fix costs regardless what the lady orders. Usually 220-250 baht. So I would say not expensive. But if you start paying 4-5 or more drinks, your bill can add up quickly
