Exactly true. Spreading untrue claims about risk is almost as bad as knowingly spreading diseases. Even minor damage to the protective barriers (skin etc) significantly increase risk. Viruses are notoriously easy to spread and many common and once treatable diseases have become antibiotic resistant and are now serious threats.
