Assuming this is a legitimate issue: stop making public posts (I would not rely on encryption and privacy) Find a very experienced lawyer (probably western). They will of course have Thai colleagues. You could potentially have a variety of civil and maybe criminal issues confronting you. For example, how much do you need your passport? It is very unlikely anyone here can provide some magical advice. Thailand has laws and you will need expert guidance. Proliferating is not helping..
