Additionally Herpes (HSV-1 and HSV-2) HPV (including strains that cause genital warts and cervical cancer) Gonorrhea (throat <--> vagina) Chlamydia (less common but possible) Syphilis (through sores/lesions)

Exactly true. Spreading untrue claims about risk is almost as bad as knowingly spreading diseases. Even minor damage to the protective barriers (skin etc) significantly increase risk. Viruses are notoriously easy to spread and many common and once treatable diseases have become antibiotic resistant and are now serious threats.
It s not easy to get hiv of you are in good health . My mum work more than 10 years with hiv and by accident needle herself and always been négatif . I use prep so all good
Just a fan fact; there's a certain percentage of population who can't get hiv even if infected since their cells don't have receptors which hiv uses to enter the cell.
