You can rent a bike in koh samui, no idea about koh phangan

What if we don’t want to rent a bike ? Can we get grab or taxi easily there to move around the island ?

Any fun places or hotels you can recommend for meeting people and swinging ? Any particular places that are friendly ?

Grab options are less, we rented a bike and that was much convenient for us. Some times while booking we had to wait then grab couldn't find any driver

What if someone doesn’t have a license or want to drive a bike ?

U can charter a car with driver for whole day if you visot many place. But price even I am Thai they charge me $100 for half day
